रिफंड नीति
मैं चाहता हूँ कि आप मेरी service और products से पूरी तरह satisfied रहें।
Refund applicable है अगर:
- Product damaged, defective या wrong item deliver हुआ हो
- Service proper तरीके से complete नहीं हुई हो (pre-paid cases में)
Rules:
- Refund request delivery के 7 दिनों के अंदर होनी चाहिए
- Product को original packing और invoice के साथ return करना आवश्यक है
- Verification के बाद 3–7 working days में refund process किया जाएगा
Repair या installation जैसी service में refund केवल special case में मिलेगा।
